HANDLING/PROCESSING TIME

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time for shipment preparation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

SHIPPING                                               

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is valid on purchases of $89 or more in the same order. Offer is good for the order shipped to address within Canada. Not valid on international shipments.

Express Shipping
Express shipping options (Xpresspost and Priority) is available based on customer preference, excluding remote & airstage locations. Additional charge will apply.

Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept to international shipment orders. We will update you once this option became available.

 

RETURNS

It's our mission to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience. For any product you are unhappy with, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging. You will be eligible for a full refund if the conditions were met, minus the original return shipping cost and handling charge.

Opened or used products are not within our return policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@penosaur.ca.


Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Products (if applicable)

In the case where the product was received as defective or damaged, exchange is available. In such case, we would be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Exchange procedures:
  1. Contact penosaur regarding defective/damaged products, please use either the built-in contact us form or by email directly to info@penosaur.ca
  2. Obtain return shipping label from Penosaur
  3. Ship original product back to Penosaur (1-7 days)
  4. Product inspection and exchange processing (1-2 days)
  5. Ship replacement product to customer (1-7 days)

 

If you would like to make a return or exchange request, please email info@penosaur.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly staffs will be in contact with you between 24 to 48hrs.
