This pen writes very smooth! It does have a thicker line than expected. The box was disappointing as it was not anything of quality as stated. Considering the price if this pen and that it was to come with an elegant box, Olu would have been very disappointed giving this as a gift. But, it is just a box if you plan on using the pen for yourself.

The "MD Notebook" does not have a cover because we want you to feel the comfort of writing and the charm of the material.
There is no poor opening or rattling caused by attaching a cover, and the degree of opening is excellent.
Commitment to binding
The notebook can be fully opened 180 degrees, making writing stress-free.
We use "thread binding", which is easy to open and has a durable finish.
The MD notebook is wrapped in glassine paper that resembles an old paperback book. It also plays a role in preventing dirt.
You can use it as it is, or you can remove it and use it in its pure form. Please choose your favorite style.
Comes with an index sticker that matches the pure cover that is just fastened with cheesecloth.
Print frequently used IDEA and DIARY. The rest are blank stickers that you can fill in and use yourself.
